NEWS & PROMOTIONS 01/29/2008 As some of you have noticed, Earthbend Herbals has been closed for the last couple of days. On Tuesday, January 22nd we became faced with a life changing and terrible accident. My girlfriend, while helping another accident victim on the interstate here was struck by another vehicle and badly injured. She has been in a couple different hospitals ever since getting the treatment and surgeries she needs. I have been by her side as much as possible and I apologize for the delayed shipment of any orders as a result. Earthbend Herbals was started 5 months ago as a 2nd job/hobby/project for extra money. I have given thought as to the future of this shop a lot in the past week. The recovery from this accident is very trying on myself and my family and the road to recovery will be very long and time consuming. I will no longer be able to operate this shop any further. I am going to have a "2 Day Liquidation Sale" of all my current stock. Everything will be priced to move. Everything must go as they say. This two day sale will begin next Tuesday, February 5th and go through Wednesday, February 6th. This is going to be a little tricky. My shopping cart software doesn't have any way to set limits on how many items one can order for each product. This may cause problems with someone placing an order for more than I have in stock and then we must deal with refunds etc.. To remedy this. I will place a "Quantity Remaining" beside all products and do my best to update frequently. If you see the stock for a certain product is low, you may want to email me and inquire if there is still enough. At the end of the day on Wednesday, the shop will close and remain closed, as of now, indefinitely. However, the custom enhanced blends that I have created quickly became very popular among customers and was in the stages to becoming a staple in this unique market and community. Several people that I have discussed this with have already expressed concern of these products becoming extinct. I extend an offer to any interested vendor that currently has an online shop, the purchase and permission to sale these blends on their own site. With that will come the recipe, instructions, sources, and redirection of my wonderful customers who have come to love these blends. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. I look forward to opening back up for the two days next week. SHANERiCH 11/27/2007 First off, thanks to all for your patience while I was away on Vacation. I had a very relaxing time in Sunny Florida and got to catch up with Family. The first day back has been absolutely mad with orders. This has caused my stock of Super Indo and Red Vein Thai to be limited. I have another order being processed and shipped to me, but I have marked these items Out of Stock for a few days until I can re-up. This also effects the Red Fuze, Indo Mash, and ATW blends. One other important thing to note. I have decided to do away with paper Invoices being included in each order. I try to do all I can to conserve and think "Green" because I think we have a real problem on our hands with the way we treat the Earth if we all don't take action and try to help. If we all did just a little bit to conservce on energy and resources, it would go a long way. Nonetheless, I will be including the invoice as a PDF attachment to an email. This will save greatly on paper and ink use, but will exclude the possibility of hand written notes that I liked to include. SHANERiCH 11/12/2007 Earthbend Herbals will be closed starting Saturday, November 17th through Sunday, November 25th. All orders made by 5pm EST Friday, November 16th will ship accordingly. All customers will still have the option to place orders, but shipping will not resume until Monday, November 26th, 2007. Unfortunately at this time, this business doesn't provide myself with enough revenue to operate with any employees besides myself and therefore leaving no one to cover the operations while I am away. I will be traveling out of state for a long overdue vacation and to visit family for the holidays that I am not able to see regulary. I apologize for any inconvience this may cause and plan to return at the above stated date full steam ahead and will operate under normal business standards.
