What are my Payment Options and How long will it take to process my order?

Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard, Money Orders, PayPal, and Google Checkout. For now, we do not accept C.O.D., personal checks, or eChecks. Details for each are below.

If you are paying by Credit Card, the transaction is done immediately upon checkout and we process, box, and ship your order within 24 hours from that time.

If you are paying by Money Order, PayPal, or Google Checkout, please follow the Instructions below:

Choose the corresponding payment method during your checkout process, and then:

Money Order - Obtain a Money Order for the Total Amount of your order found in the ORDER DETAILS summary email. Mail it to:

Once we receive the Money Order we will process, box, and ship your order out immediately.

PayPal - Make PayPal payment for the Total Amount in the ORDER DETAILS summary email to shanerich@gmail.com. Once the Paypal payment is verified. We will process, box, and ship your order immediatley.

Google Checkout - Goggle will not let us put an option during checkout for this without it being directly integrated into the shopping cart. Currently my shopping cart software isn't designed for the integration of Google Checkout. If you would like to order this way. Please email us first and we can send you a Google Checkout invoice by email.


What are the cut off times for shipping same day?

The USPS office's last pickup is at 5pm EST. If you are ordering with any USPS shipping option and get your order in before 12pm EST (noon), 90% of the time I can get it shipped the same day for the 5pm EST pickup.

DHL's last pickup is 8:00pm EST. If you are ordering with any DHL shipping option and get your order in before 5pm EST, 95% of the time I can get it shipped the same day for the 8pm EST pickup.

Do you ship internationally?

We can and do ship internationally with USPS Global Priority and DHL International. However, due to increased fraud, local laws, and Customs issues, we can’t and won’t ship to certain areas. All international order arrangements must be handled prior to going through the checkout process for these reasons. Please email orders@earthbendherbals.com to work out the details of your international order. Thank you.


What is your Return/Refund policy?

All sales are final once you have opened the package. If you want to return any unopened package for a refund, please write “Return to Sender” on the package or readdress to:

All return shipping charges are your responsibility. Also, send us an email at orders@earthbendherbals.com with your Name, Address, and Order # and reason for return. This gives us a heads up of the returning package. Once we receive the returned package, we will make sure all contents are in tact and haven’t been tampered with and issue the refund immediately. All returns must be made within 5 business days of delivery or considered null and void and no return/refund will be accepted.

If your order arrives and it is the wrong quantity or type, we will gladly replace and exchange your order for the correct one.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, unfortunately, that responsibility resides with the shipping company and we can’t issue a refund or return. Insurance for any order is available when checking out or incorporated within the shipping option you choose at checkout. This provides you a course of action to get refunded up to a certain amount from the shipping company.

What ever the case, PLEASE don't make a charge back for the order. Contact us at orders@earthbendherbals.com first and we will do anything and everything in our power to make your order right. Thank you.


Will I be able to track my shipment?

All tracking numbers will be provided on the Order Status section of our website as soon as they are obtained. Click the Order Status link, enter your Order Number and Email address you registered with and the details will be displayed.


What kind of packaging can I expect my order to be in?

We ship all orders in envelopes or boxes provided by the shipping company or in discreet packaging. All packages will be sealed and all merchandise inside will be adequately protected. Our name and any information as to the contents of the package will not appear on the package, simply EBH and our return shipping address will appear.


Do you sell Kratom in bulk wholesale amounts?

Currently we treat each request on a case by case basis. Email admin@earthbendherbals.com and include the quantity and type of Kratom you are looking to purchase and how frequent would you need it.


How do I use and How much? Do you have Recipes?

Our products are not for internal consumption and therefore we can not help you with this. Please conduct your own search through search engines and look elsewhere in dedicated forums for research on this subject.


Do you give free samples of your Kratom products?

It really all depends on what you want. How much, what type, etc.? We have been known to give out free samples depending on our current stock and demand at the time. We can’t ever guarantee samples, but feel free to email admin@earthbendherbals.com and inquire. Ususally if you place an order and request something extra to try, it can be included.
